We welcome replies to our editorials...

Bono is one of those polarizing figures...people love to love him, or love to hate him.
Like Oprah.
Part of it is jealousy...his rock band has been relevant for over 20 years. Longevity like that is rare in the music business. He also wears his heart on his sleeve, and is one of those rare rich guys who wants to make a difference in the world, and is just damn foolish enough to believe that it is possible.

Well written editoral in this morning's NY Times on Barack Obama's Nobel Prize.

Did Kanye rush the stage and claim that Morgan Tsvangirai should've won it?

Recently, the episode of SEINFELD was on where Elaine goes to a bar mitzvah and the young boys all fall for her. Then she has the same problem with the boys' dads, and ultimately, a rabbi whom she seeks counsel from.

During the campaign, I drew parallels to that episode and BHO's amazing run from junior senator to Leader of The Free World. Experts and pundits kept counting him out, but everyone else kept the faith, getting sucked in to the "Change We Can All Believe In".

Now, the infatuation has spread beyond America to the Nobel Committee.  THE NOBEL PRIZE.
I suppose it is, indeed, time to believe the hype.
I can't help but wonder if Samuel Adams and Anheuser Busch don't deserve at least an honorable mention...

Jeepers Creepers, Where'd You Get Those Peepers?

Look, I don't always agree with what's fashionable and what's not...but seriously?? Is this a cool look? Dude looks like he should be shuffleboarding down in Boca. His look is enough to drive Kate Hudson to drink. I'm sorry...no Margaritas belong at a ballgame. It's one of the few public places you should drink an actual BEER.
