This is not a pulpit, it's not a soapbox. This is not a forum for me to espouse my political and social viewpoints. (Well, OK, maybe it is.) It is, quite simply, a Burmese mahogany desk from the Pottery Barn. It's expensive. And it's where I spend the wee hours when I simply cannot sleep.
